Operational Contract Management Lead
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement an Operational Contract Management Programme to help FCDO increase its commercial capability, ensuring the FCDO’s contract portfolio provides value for money and meets Government Commercial Operating Standards and transparency obligations. The role will require development of contract management model options for the organisation, potential leadership of a Contract Management Team responsible for contract performance and risk management and reporting of contract management scorecards and KPIs across FCDO and into HMG.
This is a pivotal, fully autonomous role with significant responsibility for leading the behavioural change required to maximise FCDO’s relationship & operational effectiveness of its highest impact contracts. This will include effective stakeholder management and to work within the commercial and wider FCDO governance framework processes and procedures.
